Abstract: The grant devoted to the most urgent problem of Russian in its today's condition is reviewed in the article. As the main advantage of the book connection in it of positions of "the educated inhabitant» and the linguist is marked. In the dialogue interaction of a slang and other genres is discussed with a literary language, the use of swear words, loans, formation of electronic etiquette etc and also well-aimed supervision become, curious forecasts concerning destiny «great and mighty» are given.
