Abstract: The realization of the semantic mix “nostalgia” (M. Cvetaeva) is examined in the creations of the contemporary poetesses, who live outside Russia – Katya Kapovich (“Happy Disciplinary”) and Vera Pavlova (“Namesake”). As a result of the analysis of the motives, pictures of lyrical heroines, rhythmical-intonational singularity, we conclude that in the writings of the contemporary poetesses the theme of the relationships with abandoned Russia becomes the reason for comprehending inner conflicts (the problem of feeling the personal guilt about all the people who remained in Russia, the problem of addressing the poetical writing in emigration, etc.).
