Abstract: In article the motive complex connected with a keynote of prose of M. A. Sholokhov idea of a free will is considered.Sholokhov's motive system is based on the images borrowed from St. The writing and processed by the writer from within in the accord with a national and orthodox ideal. In it we observe an objectification of a natural and space view of the world, enriched with orthodox spirituality. In a complex of motives which correspond with through motive of a free will, at Sholokhov the sincere-spiritual-corporal unity of the personality mediated by ethnic, welfare, natural and geographical factors in their projection to the supreme values, set by Christian tradition is shown.
