Abstract: Mandelstam’s poem considered in terms of the mechanisms of meaning in a poetic work, as a key part of the poem called phonetic mechanisms of constructing meaning, “stylistic conflict” intertextual interaction with the poem “Lay” the poetry of the 20th century. Position argues that the analytical examination of the poem on the literature lesson in grade 11 may be an effective way of understanding the creative personality O. E. Mandelstam and discover the fate of the poet.
