Abstract: The article reflects sociolinguistic results of a project of compiling a corpus of interviews of women who took part in reproductive donation. The original corpus, comprising texts of forty interviews (246,000 tokens in total), is morphologically annotated and contains sociological metatextual commentary with data on various groups of women based on age, education, occupation, family status, parenthood, donor experience etc. The article presents characteristics of data types, located in a number of tables, as well as the architecture of corpus database, including connections between various tables. Semantic word groups predominant in establishing connection between an interviewer and an interviewee were established on the basis of lexicostatistical, ideographicl and stylistic analysis: “Family, marriage, kinship terms”, “Common definitions of age and gender”, “Reproductive donation”, “Childbirth, parenting”, “Health and medicine”, “Social and economic aspects”, “Emotions, feelings”. These groups are directly linked to the main sociocultural factors which determine the motivation of donorship: presence or absence of family; correlation between childhood and adult experiences; parenthood and childcare; health and specificity of such a complex medical procedure as donation; financial situation in the family and employment; emotional attitude to family values and potential donorship. The study identifies the lexical features of the speech of those interviewed related to everyday life, social details and interviewees’ emotions. The article draws a conclusion about sociolinguistic differences between groups of women based on parenthood, age, family status, education and donorship experience. Said differences are mostly engendered by thematic specificity of texts, informant’s competence in medical realia, certainty or, conversely, uncertainty and fear in the face of donation, donorship motives (economic or altruistic), level of text emotiveness, their stylistic neutrality or low-colloquiality. The article conducts a socio-humanitarian generalization determining the features of the most typical and effective donor.
