Abstract: This article focuses on possible options for a system of four classes devoted to studying the literature of Russian Symbolism. The author seeks to seamlessly connect the comprehension of philosophical and artistic foundations of symbolism, familiarizing with the creative personalities of Bryusov, K. Balmont, I. Annenskiy and analysis of specific lyric and prose texts. A special turning point in the article is related to the study of literature in the context of the traditions of fine art era.
