Abstract: The article is devoted to a problem of reading a classical text in the situation of its multi-aspect functioning in the mass culture. Being offered is the option of organizing a conversation on Emily Bronte's novel “Wuthering Heights” with young admirers of “Twilight series” by Stephenie Meyer.
