A. Fadeev''s “Young Guard”: the logic of the self-sacrifice and the real facts

Abstract: This article analyzes the novel Fadeev “Young Guard” in terms of the logic of self-sacrifice. The author examines several editions of the novel, relating them to the real facts. On the example of the novel's characters shown in the product that reflects the realities designated in 1943–1945’s culture associated with the Z. Vyrikova and O. Lyadskaya names.
