Abstract: This article is devoted to the actual date on the issue of the genre of literary analysis of contemporary fiction. The researcher’s attention is concentrated on the analysis of structural and semantic elements inherent in a narrative. The actualization of latter reveals new meanings in the modern novels. The object of the study are presented experimental work of L. Petrushevskaya.
