Abstract: The monograph introduces the scientific revolution documented facts of Russian history since the Civil War in Voronezh, which is close to deciphering cryptographic “layer” “Chevengur” Andrei Platonov associated with the tragic events of 1918–1919. The result of a search of scholarly work in correlation with the text of the novel was the opening of “authenticity” “Chevengur”; detection techniques censored narrative and, ultimately, understanding “pedigree” story writer and imaginative solutions, enabling closer to unraveling the most mysterious “places” of the novel. The study of events and facts, experienced Platonov, also opened a little-known details of his biography.
