Abstract: In article represents the conception of the elective course for senior pupils. The course is developed for the purpose of familiarizing pupils with a spiritual heritage through studying ceremonial culture of the people. Two big blocks, making a base of elective course are described: the first stage of an informative orientation assumes the reference to bases of mythology and primary acquaintance to ritual semiotics. The second stage means independent research work of schoolboys (structurally - semantic analysis of a wedding ceremony).
